You must matriculate at a CUNY college; you can apply to CUNY when applying to CUNY BA/BS. Community college students can complete their Assoc. degrees on the way to earning the BA or BS. CUNY BA/BS offers its own scholarships. Veterans in CUNY BA/BS have designed degrees in Terrorism Studies, International Crime, Global History, Race and Gender in American Politics, East Asian Religion and Culture, U.S.-Latin American Relations, Disability Studies, Human Behavior and Pathology, and Space Science, to name a few; there is almost no limit to the kinds of subjects students can pursue.
