Bronx Community College's 52nd Commencement Exercises
Our keynote speaker will be Mr. Bill Shore, founder and CEO of Share Our Strength, a national non-profit organization with the goal of ending childhood hunger in the U.S. For more information about this organization, visit their website at www.strength.org.
Shuttle bus service will be provided for you and your guests, every 20 minutes, from 8 - 9:15 a.m., from the Burnside/Jerome Avenue train station. Graduates robe and receive final instructions, from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. between the Clocktower and Loew Hall front entrance. Ushers will seat your guests beginning at 9:00 a.m. A line forms for the procession at 9:30 a.m. in front of Gould Residence Hall and Loew Hall. The chimes will ring at 9:55 a.m. Late arriving candidates will not be permitted to join the March line once the procession has begun. Late arriving guests will not be seated until the procession has ended. A professional photographer will be taking photographs of each candidate as he/she shakes the President's hand.
