An unforgettable historical journey through the African Diaspora using traditional folklore as well as contemporary music and dance. Told through African drumming, dance and song, the journey begins with the middle passage from West Africa to the U.S. with the Gullah people of the South to modern day African American culture before returning full circle back to Africa where the legacy began.
