Russian National Ballet's Giselle


Bronx residents will get to see first-hand what makes the ballet such a magnificent art form with the Russian National Ballet Theatre’s performance of Giselle. With music by composer Adolphe Adam and Petipa choreography, Giselle is one of the most celebrated ballets of the Romantic era. The company of fifty dancers brings the story of a young peasant girl to life as she enters a world of betrayal, mystery, beauty and danger. The troupe incorporates lavish sets, beautiful costumes and tremendously gifted dancers to bring this classic ballet to life.
