Daniela Del Giorno
Daniela Del Giorno, executive office manager, Affinia
Manhattan, will speak about her career in the hospitality

has over ten years of experience in the
hospitality industry. She has worked in small, luxury boutique
properties such as Sofitel NY as well as large properties such
as The Parker Meridien and currently Affinia Manhattan.
Daniela's operational experience started as a front desk agent
and concierge, she moved on to become a front desk
supervisor and reservations assistant. She currently holds a
multifaceted role at Affinia Manhattan as general cashier, guest
service manager and executive office manager. Daniela has a
passion for learning and development, and also assists with
new hire orientation and training at Denihan Hospitality. She
conducts Customer Service Training on a monthly basis. This
talk is part of the B.J. Denihan Lecture Series in Hospitality
Management.
