Webinar: IT Outsourcing and Managing the Partner Relationship
Register for this webinar on the CUNY SPS website.
The reasons why enterprises engage partners to deliver IT solutions within the enterprise are many and varied, ranging from scalability, access to innovation, accelerating change, cost, access to capital, amongst others. Over the last 20 years or so, there have been many positive and negative experiences when companies have selected to outsource or engage a partner on a long-term basis.
This session will address some of the underlying challenges to outsourcing, and how properly organizing, creating, and managing the governance structure mitigates these challenges. Elements of architecture, contracting, staffing, and process will be addressed during the presentation
This webinar is brought to you by the online BS in Information Systems degree program at the CUNY School of Professional Studies.
