Presenter:Painter Pablo Caviedes, who for the past 17 years has exhibited
his work in cities in Ecuador, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Washington, DC, and
New York where he lives.
Inspired by peepshow booths and confessionals, Theatre for One is an
booth-like space designed for one performer and one audience member with
no barrier between them.
The speaker is Professor Jonathan Natov, Department of Mathematics
New York City College of Technology. Part of the Fall 2009 Mathematics
Seminar Series.
This film examines the effects of "The Big Sellout," the worldwide privatisation
of basic public services, such as water supply, electricity, public
transportation, and even public health care.
