Corby Kummer, award-winning food writer and senior editor of The Atlantic Monthly is moderating a panel with Stephen McDonnell, CEO, Applegate Farms; David Orr, manager, Amawalk organic farm; and Nevin Cohen, urban food expert with The New School.
