Negotiation Essentials

As managers, we negotiate with potential employers, coworkers, clients, customers, merchants, service providers, spouses, and even our children. Yet, although people negotiate all the time, most know very little about the strategy and psychology of effective negotiations.

Why do we sometimes get our way? Whereas other times we walk away feeling frustrated by our inability to achieve the agreement we desire? This experiential seminar will offer the fundamental strategies that you need to know to be effective at the bargaining table.

Dr. Mary Kern is an award winning instructor with research published in the Harvard Business Review, Group Decision and Negotiation, International Journal of Conflict Management, Academy of Management Learning and Education, and Psychological Science.
