It is the leading organization in the field of juvenile justice and ethic and racial disparities reduction, which helps to protect and improve the lives of youth of color and poor youth by promoting and ensuring fairness and equity in youth-serving systems across the country. Mr. Bell will also remember the legacy of our own Haywood Burns.
