You will learn who is eligible to apply for reasonable accommodations, as well as the process to apply. We will discuss how to appeal if a request has been denied and work on demystifying ideas concerning requests for reasonable accommodations. Lastly, we will explore real-life “what would you do” scenarios based on previously filed legal cases.
